Besides if your planning on spending some money on a good defragger I would personally go with O&O Defrag Pro Edition. Diskeeper has a better interface, easier and more comprehensive configuration options, and an excellent automatic defragment capability for multiple drives. I find that it is also much faster than the others mentioned, while taking up hardly any system resources even in automatic mode.
