I think I was actually slightly smaller than 175 cm several years ago, but I didn't measure myself regularly. But then I started to exercise pull-ups with heavy loads and my height was consistently 175,4 cm or so during the day. And I was even 176 cm tall, when I once measured myself in the morning.

Yes, I am not small by American standards, but the average height of young males in my country (guess, what it is) is currently 181 cm, which is a substantially higher standard.

The yesterday's result was not an error, because I was again 174 cm tall several minutes ago. And I start to feel pain and strange feelings in my feet. If I continued even further, I would probably destroy my bones completely.

Yeah man look, I don't know...maybe you were always 174cm. You measured one afternoon when you still had a tiny bit of a morning height. And honestly man, the range between 175 and 180 isn't short but average. I still can't believe it made your bones shorter

That's not entirely true. This method is presented as effective for bone growth. I wouldn't be surprised, if it didn't work (also because I don't do the recommended kicking/sprinting before it). But I can't accept that it made me even smaller! The last time I was so small I was 16 years old - in 1990!

I used 5 kg loads on each leg during the first 3 days, but since it was too light, later I used 10 kg and did one day's break after every 2-3 days. Furthermore, I now take 70-80 mg oxandrolone day, as a part of my training routine, and I hoped that I would be surprised by an even higher gain than the promised 1 inch/month.

The frustration is thus even bigger. I was not growing, but COMPRESSING my cartillage and destroying my bones! Well, I am no midget with my 175,5-176 cm (and even with my present 174 cm), but it would be quite depressive, if I didn't get my former height back. I must now try hanging with a 20-30 kg load, although I don't think that this procedure would have permanent results. In any case, the "cartillage method" is a dead street for me.

It's like someone who suggests you to gamble your money, you do it, and then you blame that someone for your bad luck. I would hate myself for taking the action if I was you.

Don't hang anything. See my experience at the end of this thread. It compresses the cartillage and bone, and makes you even smaller!!!

Then it is really pointless, you genius. Damn, I do hope that I will at least get my previous height back! I was uselessly destroying my bones for almost 3 weeks!
