How To Get 613 More Friends A Day On MySpace

Are you interested in becoming a MySpace Superstar with thousands and thousands of friends?
Over the last year or so I have received countless emails asking me how on earth did I get 33,000+ friends on my own MySpace…To be honest I got most of my friends from one of my videos that was featured on YouTube and also through my websites.However, as I will do anything for my readers…I have spent the last few month’s researching all around the internet to find you ways to increase your friends list dramatically, I have spoken with Tila Tequila, Christine Dolce, a few buddies that are MySpace staff and found many tricks of my own.

You may be asking yourself, “Why would I want more myspace friends?“, Myspace receives over a BILLION hits a day! That traffic has to go somewhere right? there’s tons of reasons why you could expand your friends list…it’s great and useful tool for musicians/directors promoting their work, services marketing their product, gamers on applications like Own Your Friends or Mobsters trying to increase their worth or mob size, wannabe online celebrities looking to be adored by total strangers (i.e: insecure people seeking social acceptance, Mmmm sounds like me :o)…well you get the gist of it.

Information You Need To Know

• Myspace allows you to send out 350 friend requests a day safely (you can send out more but risk getting deleted).
• There is no limit for the amount of friend requests you can receive per day.
• Myspace resets their adding stats at 1am Pac. – 4am EST (meaning you can start adding again after that), if in a different country…use the TimeZoneConverter.

The Free And Quantity Method

In my opinion this is the best method to get massive amounts of friends for free, Why?, you are adding and receiving adds from similar minded people that won’t mark your account as spam and will always (99% of the time) accept your add request.Basically what you do is go to websites called ‘Friend Trains’ that have point systems, you earn points by adding other users and the more points you have, the more Friend Requests you will receive…simple huh?

These are the best friend adder sites available:

• InfiniteAdds {reset at 7 pm – UTC/GMT -5 hours} [Recommended]
• MaxAdds {reset at 7 pm – UTC/GMT -5 hours}
• FatAdds [Recommended] {reset at 9 pm – UTC/GMT -4 hours}
• FriendStorm {reset at midnight – UTC/GMT -7 hours}

TIP: Next to the name is the time in which each site resets their daily points, a cool trick I learned is to login at the reset time and earn all your points then…that way you will have a 24 hour exposure to the friend adds instead of lets say 16 hours if you logged in 8 hours after the reset.

TIP 2:Update your picture (with a new one) on the website often so you appear as a new user and get new adds.

Warning:This method will get you a lot of spam…Friend Trains offer ways to receive more points by encouraging users to send out bulletins and referral points, your bulletin section will be full of referral posts as well as your status updates and most likely your comments with application invites (unless your a gamer in which case that’s good), if you want a non spam alternative…the method below is for you.

The Pay And Quality Method

This method is more appropriate for someone looking to get quality friends rather than quantity like the one above, it requires you to purchase what is called a “Bot”.A ‘Bot’ (or automatic friend adder) is an application that automatically finds you friends to add based on the specifications you set when gathering users to invite (male/female, age range, location ect..), it also has automatic features to message/comment/bulletin all your friends.The advantages of this method are countless, if your a band for example you can target a specific age range, location and even keywords (eg: name of similar style band genre the people you want to add have in their Music section) or if your a Mobster player you can select to find and only add other players…the possibilities are endless.

For the past few days I have been testing several automatic friend adders (bot’s), there is quite a few out there but there’s one that stands out from them all for it’s fairly cheap price, longevity, regular updates and diversity in options:

TIP: Remember the 350 adds per day safety limit (I wouldn’t go passed 250), also FriendBlaster has an option called “Time Delay” (or Action Delay) where you can specify the amount of time you want to have in between adding people (14-20 seconds works best), this is because Myspace logs accounts activities and if your adding someone every 2 seconds they will know somethings going on and block your account.

TIP 2: Roughly about 30% of the friend requests you send with a bot will be accepted (nobody likes being added by a random), a good idea is to use one of FriendBlaster’s features so it sends a short message (you know the little yellow box) along with the friend add to increase your chances of acceptance.

The Friendly And Honest Method

Using the methods above will get you either alot…or quality friends, but I have left my favorite method for last.What ever happen to good old fashioned adding and getting to know people? you’d be surprised at the cool characters you can meet on there (and how much more compliant they will be to listen to your music or help you in games once they’re friends), I know it’s a hassle to go through all those profiles reading and finding out more about them but here’s some simple tips you can use:

• Use applications like Tag Me to tag people in your area, it leads to them sending you a note and starting a conversation…oh and if your a pedophile your in luck! they offer a tag under 18 option (I’ve sent complaints but nothing :|).
• If you read someones profile and find something you have in common (music, movie, book, hobby, views)…why not mention it in the short message you can send with the friend request?…everyone loves similarity and it’s guaranteed to raise their curiosity about you.
• And the best method of them all is *drum roll*…if you an avid internet user, add your myspace link to everything you can!…email signature, forum signature, blog comments (give it a try below), or if you own a website/blog, put it somewhere visible…I have one in my Author Bio box on the sidebar, if someone likes what you have to say or wants to get to know you better they will check it out and most likely add you…after all, it got me 33,000 friends didn’t it? ;)
