Seeding-Can someone tell me exactly what to put in the seeding settings? I don’t understand how to read them to know when I can remove them? The rest, i mostly get and have no problems.

Hi guys. Done Speedtest. My Download came in at 9.89Mb/s and Upload at 0.95Mb/s. I think thats fairly decent broadband service !! At the minute after applying these above settings my torrents are coming in on average at 100 – 150 Kb/s. Is that good for my speed broadband !! I`ve seen it rise anything up to 500Kb/s but only on occasion !! Why is this and can any help me out of give me some advice please ??? Much appreciated :)
